Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview
At NIFTY NODS, we ensure every product is quality checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer return and refund options as per the policy below.
2. Return Eligibility
You can request a return only within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- All original accessories, packaging, and invoice must be included.
- Any physical damage caused after delivery will not be eligible.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
For any return, replacement, or refund request, an unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:
- Start before opening the package (sealed condition).
- Clearly show the shipping label.
- Show the product and its condition clearly.
- Be continuous (no cuts or edits).
- Show all included accessories.
Without an unboxing video, return or refund requests may be rejected.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized / personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
- Orders returned after the 7-day return window
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Unboxing video proof
- Product photos (if required)
Once verified, we will approve the return request and provide instructions for shipping the product back.
6. Refund Policy
After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
7. Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged or defective, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement is subject to stock availability.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
